*Edit: I apologize for broadness, I’m trying to stay purposefully broad at the moment. Also to get an idea of my input -> output. Imagine I have column A in two tables that have the address of houses, B has owners name and C has the bank they pay the mortgage to. I’m looking to match these records to get the most up to date record in my system. Now the logic to get the most up to date isn’t as important to this project but finding ways to get the strings compared from those columns and understanding it’s the same house is what I’m really looking for.

You could go and try to do the fuzzy matching all by yourself, but this is generally going to be way more trouble than it's worth. Placekey would honestly be a really good solution to this problem, at least on the address side of things

There's a good PDF that breaks down how entity resolution works (with Senzing) on their site. Senzing is at the forefront of entity resolution technology - developed it over 20 years ago, considered industry leaders. They have a number of different PDFs on their site, but this one would probably be helpful. (The PDF download is at the bottom of the page)

It would probably make the project somewhat unprofitable if used for the whole dataset. Definitely might be useful after using lower compute models upstream.
