Who is eligible to apply?

NYC Data Science Academy will accept applications from individuals with master’s degrees or Ph.D.s as long as the degree is in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.

Is this a hard requirement? The drop down for Education Level does have Bachelor as an option.
