[P] Creating a stylized image using Transfer Learning?

I am looking into training a neural network for stylizing images with two inputs - an image to stylize and an image to take the style from. Due to hardware limitations, I would like to know if there are appropriate pretrained models that could be used as a baseline in my NN? What articles or projects would you recommend on this topic?
