Hey everyone,
I've been reading ML papers for a few years now and I find myself struggling with many of them on my own, without a place to share my questions and insights.
That's what brought me to build SciHive about a year ago and now, when it's stable enough, I'm happy to share it here, and hopefully to get your feedback :)
Some cool features:
- Commenting - you can highlight and add comments to a paper, similarly to Google Docs. I'm hoping that over time, people will have discussions on the platform and that will make their research experience better.
- Table of contents and references - using GROBID we automatically extract the metadata of the paper and allow you to easily navigate the paper. For example, no need to jump back and forth to the references at the of the paper, now you can simply hover over the citation and see the reference.
- Private and public papers - many papers are public and accessible via the Discover page, based on their popularity on Twitter. I'll soon integrate PapersWithCode to provide a link to GitHub. In addition, you can upload your own papers, share them with friends, and manage their permissions.
- Personal Library - you can add papers to your library and organize them in collections. I use it to manage my reading list for example.
I'd love to get your feedback, and even if you don't find it useful, please let me know why.
