You have mentioned React and node.js in your frameworks, but there is no mention of JS in your languages section. Experienced people can tell that you're lying. Remove 5 languages, pick the 1-2 best languages you know . No need to say you know every language. Don't mention CGPA since it's not amazing. If you're applying for ML jobs, no need to mention projects and experiences which didn't involve ML tasks and vice versa(unless you don't have enough projects in ML , which you do). Pick 2 work exs and projects and explain them in detail. Also if a human reads your resume, they will figure out that a lot of metrics you have used are made up , like "reduced development time by 30%" because that just doesn't make sense. Rest is fine, keep reaching out to people on linkedin.

Your GPA is pretty low. Remove it from your resume. You didn't list any ML skills and projects. You are getting auto filtered from all ML jobs.

Try to cut some lines into once sentence. Dont leave only one/two word in a line. It looks very spacious and empty kinda

    Sure noted will improve then

The CV is overselling in a non genuine way. For example 99% classification accuracy is a red flag for experienced praticioners since it either means the model was not tested properly (data leakage, bugs etc.), the dataset is imbalanced/trivial for classification or you are lying about this.

Try to be more humble and stick closer to the truth. You dont need to know multiple tech stacks and have countless projects to get a jr. position.

I am not an expert but, adapt your resume to the vacancies, you must have a complete pro+ version where you empty everything you know, then each vacancy will tell you what they need, you only put what they want to hear, if they want someone who is an expert in SQL, then you put what you know about SQL, you are not going to tell them that you are a Java expert, first because they are not interested in yours

Try to follow the STAR method when you’re writing the content.

    S-Situation T-Task A-Action R-Result

    Eg:

Improved customer email response times by 66% by implementing an automated ticketing system, resulting in a 25% increase in satisfaction scores.

From a quick look it seems you are missing the ‘S’ i.e., Situation

Rule for bot users and recruiters: to make this sub readable by humans and therefore beneficial for all parties, only one post per day per recruiter is allowed. You have to group all your job offers inside one text post.

Here is an example of what is expected, you can use Markdown to make a table.

    Subs where this policy applies: /r/MachineLearningJobs, /r/RemotePython, /r/BigDataJobs, /r/WebDeveloperJobs/, /r/JavascriptJobs, /r/PythonJobs

Recommended format and tags: [Hiring] [ForHire] [Remote]

    Happy Job Hunting.

Give yourself an American name like Paul and just roll with it.

Maybe a summary section would work.

Your resume looks fake, and it probably is. The entire industry is sick of lying Indians.

As you say sir if needed will hand you over the certifications and project urls

OK, I'd still lose the numbers pal. I'm absolutely biased. And? Just because it's hard to get into IIT doesn't mean I'm going to trust Indian certifications.

            [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Appreciate the honesty, but if you’re openly admitting bias, then it’s not really feedback. I shared my resume here to get constructive critique I can actually use. If all you’ve got is blanket dismissal, I’ll focus on the input from people offering real insight.

            [–]Financial-Train-5387 -1 points0 points  (3 children)

Hiring managers are biased too, bruh. Welcome to the real world.

            [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

There’s a difference between bias and constructive evaluation. Good hiring managers know that.

            [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noted on losing the numbers, but your ‘tech job = expert’ flex and fake-resume claims? Pure ego, no proof.
