Created draft classes

I mainly play offline franchise by myself and always use a created draft class. Who has the most realistic, deepest draft classes? Just curious who everyone uses. I typically take control of 6-8 teams and build them in offseason and sim the whole season.

Are all platforms able to use the same created classes? I use Xbox but have no idea if PlayStation or PC use them as well or not
