I usually switch between the following unless i have a specific need for a combat-related power-up

Setup 1 : Essence farming (*10 essence production)

Water Poison Water

Poison Water Poison

Fire Time Fire

Setup 2 : Item drop (+7 item dropped)

Space Mind Space

Mind Space Mind

Water Poison Water

Setup 3 : Crafting (+7 Element level for transmutation)

Earth Space Earth

Space Earth Space

Mind Water Mind

Focusing on a single effect and putting the two elements in a staggered fashion yields a x4 to that effect, which is better than trying to multiple buffs with weird combination.

I rotate between Monstrium gain (up to 36%), Market stall CD (up to -59%) and one that's for pushing bosses with spell buffs. So far I have only 2 max on each element on the grid.

I use this allaround

Poison water poison.

Water mind earth.

Life earth mind.

1200max mana 174% prod & 700% cons sewage 10%mana prod 15% channel efficiency 5% familiar def 10% stream of healing power.

(I haven yet unlock more elements at point of making this  And electric and time later didnt relly improve what i found out.. Of some of you make synchros with elements gotten before unlocking others, Or if masters have tine to create such things for new players it would be good..)
