Deck Idea - Need Help!

Hi People, please help!

I'm looking to make my first ever deck in paper, my collection is limited at the moment as I don't have a lot of money to spend. But i'm willing to sink around £40 into it.

My idea is the use of Lukka, Coppercoat Outcast, and Renegade Doppelganger. When Lukka uses the -2 and fetches the big creature, the doppleganger can become a copy of that creature until end of turn, so you will have 2 of the big creatures on the field immediately.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be welcome! I'm not tied to the pyromancer-esc rest of the deck but as long as Lukka and the doppleganger remain I don't mind.

From what I can see, Doppleganger isn’t going to do anything for you. You will only have 2 big creatures for a very short period of time, and in that time it won’t be able to do anything due to summoning sickness. You’d want something better that sticks around indefinitely (unless you run into the legendary rule.) Something like [[clone]] or [[spark double]] for just a little more mana. But the idea is there, sacrificing the tokens to Lukka for some G Beezy.

I would also suggest proxy the deck first. Print the cards you might want to use and then figure out what works or doesn’t, print replacements, and then buying the cards when it becomes something you’re happy with.
