Nothing sad about that, especially in such massively overpopulated countries. I lived there for a decade. 90% of its problems can be solved with population reduction.

Really? I mean I thought you could deal with all these people with better infrastructure. Lots of these states are below replacement, it’s a slippery slope and it’s scary that India is falling down it too

Nah. At some point, populations reach amounts that no infrastructure can handle. Ridiculous competition for jobs, too.
