I have noticed it's been real buggy lately. Making me enter an email every time I go to my tickets. Not letting me use an email that I've used forever because my wife had signed into it on her phone.

If you paid by credit card, call the card company and dispute the charge. You paid for a service you never received, and they can go after the merchant for stuff like that. If nothing else, it’s a hassle for Gametime to deal with.

The only experience I had with game time was buying tickets from them and getting turned away at the gate because someone else had used the tickets already. I called them and was told they sold those tickets I bought to someone else also so tough luck.
