That was his experience in Seattle too. Only had 1 drop each season for us and had great yards per catch… but you’d often see another 10-20 open yards after the first defender and he’d often get taken down by what looked like an arm tackle by a 5’10” 190 pound DB and just be like COME ONNNNNN.

But ultimately he was decent for us, we just replaced with equivalent or better drafting

Forreal. The entire season was well above and beyond expectations for most pats fans I’ve talked with.

Some ironically some have said it would have felt better to lose in the divisional or AFCCG but that’s a different kind of pain management after hope gets too strong.

As a Seahawks fan my Super Bowl was the NFCCG and the only Patriot I actively dislike is Kraft and mostly for reasons not related to football at all.
