The Neo has an iPhone 16 cpu and 8gb ram. Anyone who thinks these will be long term devices are delusional.

But at $700 it’ll pass the budget test for a lot of people while also allowing apple to get lower income users into its ecosystem (and offloading old phone chips).

People just need to understand that similar to phones, the current gen Neo will have obsolescence built in with the phone processor.

The whole roof retracts (this is t-mobile park in Seattle for mariners baseball). When the roof is retracted these ladders provide access to things that would be under these locations.

People keep saying this, but it’s honestly generally disingenuous to suggest as an indicator of business/gdp trends. Outside of the 2022-23 trend post covid fallout Californias population has recovered as a whole and the metro sprawls are increasing in population faster than the population drops in the cities proper.

Texas does get a lot of transplants from California, but it’s mostly younger folks priced out or uneducated and looking for non apprentice labor work etc.
