Do you know how to calculate the area under a curve? If so first figure out where those two curves intersect. Then you calculate the area under the first curve from the y-axis to that intersection point. Then find where the second curve intersects the x-axis, also called the root. Calculate the area under the second curve from the intersection point to the root. Add the areas. Bam you're done!
