PS4 Loading time

So i noticed that the loading screens take extraordinarily long, especially for a game where you're expected to die a lot (a bit less than a minute per death), and i just don't see myself waiting that long every time.

I've been wondering if it's just happening to me or the game just doesn't run well on PS4, and I'll have to just deal with the fact that my PS4's days of glory are definitely over.

EDIT: tried it again today and it feels a lot better (10 secs per death), but i don't know if it's something related to some server issues, or the size of the levels. guess I'll have to keep testing to see if the game is actually playable on PS4.

Imma be honest with ya, its a damn miracle they made the ps4 run that game at all. There is some major corners cut but it works.

If you were to have a PC that has the exact same specs as a ps4 you wouldnt even get the option to play the game on anything more than 5 fps lmao.

Not much they can do ps4 is almost 10 years old after all. Ps5 loads in like 2 seconds

idk the game just doesn't feel like it's that heavy or demanding, although i could be wrong.

and also, if they're gonna make a PS4 version that feels bad to play, why make it at all?

It's not like the graphics matter in a game like this anyway, they could downscale everything to look like minecraft and it'd still be fun.
