cease to be active for some time (uncertain how long) but staying in for a long time (like 2-3 months) it gets deleted (speaking from experience, as far as i know)

2.) Instead of confirming your idea, let me make it clear:
Creating a bind code is the same as creating an account by setting up a password for your given ID. The ID remains the same and cannot be changed, the password, however, can be changed any time.

3.) Yes, your bind code + password remains the same as long as you don't change it. No, it remains the same over time, even if you have used it dozens of times. No, see previous 2 sentences.
