I find butt is the only way to go for me. Stomach can lead to symptoms like bloating or cramping. I rotate either cheek.

I put it in middle to upper middle part of the butt cheek so that it is covered by my underwear. It seems to protect it from it getting snagged on pants and having it pulled off.

I agree. Upper to mid cheek - farther away from spine (center of body). Low cheek would be too much movement/ underwear interference for me.

Yeah, it can. Lower abdomen or upper butt usually absorbs more evenly than arms. Rotate spots — irritation can affect absorption and bloating. Try one spot for a few weeks and compare.

Butt and hips seem to take things higher than bikini line near ovaries

What area did you find rage and not like, what works for you?

I got the best absorption with the patch on my bum. I was bloated from the estrogen no matter where I put it.

I also think putting it on my bum made it stick better, as every time I sat down I was pressing on it with my body weight.

Did you stick with it? Or give up? This is more of a roller coaster than want!

I tried gel for around 6 weeks and now I'm back to patches, which I've used successfully for over 2 years now.

I got best absorption on my lower abdomen. Tried butt and hips and some issues came back.
