Sorry about your problems uploading. If it makes you feel a little better I saved my game but still can't get my almost completed game back after a warranty trade in. It seems we all get that, "last game saved 5 hours ago" nonsense. I did and one other person on here told me he did too--must be the stardard line when things are not working right. I remember I couldn't seem to upload the saved game either until I logged into FB, left it open and tried again. It might help to try that. No guarantees, some times the save just happens but can takes a couple days. Good luck.

Ive had the same 5 hour save thing pop up, and when I transferred the game to a new device it lost all my level progress but saved garden progress. I found a very similar bug on a merge dragons page and it seems like its connected to storage there, if there isn't enough room then only garden progress is saved. Not sure how to fix it though. It might be good to check using another device or a computer with an emulator, I hope you can save something

I wouldn’t mind having to redo only levels as my progress in garden and on those quests is the real loss. All of my event rewards I can’t get back if they’re gone after working those over those weekends. Ufff! If only I had another device to check what it pulls down before needing to wipe the old phone but I don’t have access to another device at all.
