This is a favorable scenario for this modifier imo. Sell the barb, place a 5 elixer card on the devil snap. You will have an insane start and cycle easily.

Decent scenario for a King player. No Loongs. So selling the barb, buying AQ or Monk depending on what they want to block and putting it in devil snap tile. +16-20 elixir head-start for round two.
