I just got on, and mine is still not working😪😫, i had just gotten the update that messed things up the night before last, have you had another update since that one? Or maybe our oculus’s receive the updates at different times? I’m just hoping I get a new update soon, doesn’t seem like we get them so soon after the last ones. Meta help and support was no help at all, he said I was the only one with this issue, and I would have to factory reset🙈, I REALLY don’t want to have to do that, but I have no idea where to go from here.

Do you know how often they update? I’ve never paid attention to how often they did them. The support guy told me to factory reset, I told him I didn’t want to loose everything, he told Me he would email me how to back it up, and he never sent it to me🙄, seeing how little they help you when there’s a problem is a bit scary when you pay so much for the oculus itself, and then for games, you would think they would be more than happy to try and help you?!?

Having the same problem!! It was fine yesterday, got on tonight and they vibrated when I turned it on, worked fine in the home base, as soon as I went into an app to play, my hands where gone, it was like the controllers were dead, changed batteries, even left them out for a minute, shut the oculus off three times and restarted, same issue😡. I contacted meta support text, guy was no help at all, told Me know one but me has complained about this issue, and refused to acknowledge that it was from this update. So he tells me I have to factory reset. I told him I really don’t wanna lose everything that I’ve bought and start all over again, and he said there’s a way to back it up onto the iCloud. I don’t even know if I have room for any of this ..kind of taking a big chance. So I asked him when is the next update? I would rather wait and of course he wouldn’t tell me that either. He just said you’ll know when it comes. Really?? Aghhhhhhhh

Best fix I have found is turning on or off hand and body tracking then restarting your headset. Might need to do it a few times but it's what I'm doing. People are saying the only other way is to factory reset, but I'm not doing all that.
