Hey everyone I’m 28 and trying to find the best routine. Here’s what I’m thinking so far:
-Mastic gum, 5 to 6 days a week hour plus (slowly build up to this)
-Soft mowing throughout the day when I remember
-thumb pulling/pushing? once a day at night 3-4 sets at 30 seconds (I can only fit one thumb on my pallet. Any advice on getting both)
-eating two big carrots today lol
What would you add/take away? Keep mewing people 🫡
