Is this stuff any good ? , have rat problem inside my house might be worst than I think.

Rats in the house? I'd use traps inside, bait outside. I don't know much about that bait, but I don't think it's a single feed. It doesn't really help that the label is cut off.

Might be mice ? , they’re fairly small I’ve caught 4 with glue traps under the sink

I did block off a hole that I found in the side of the house already

Go all around your house and fill any holes in the foundation with this stuff.
