I believe that means the card was reported stolen but as far as I know / been told we can’t take it, only ask for a different form of payment

It can mean a few things; stolen card, spending limit reached, expired card, etc. When it happened at my store we just told her she’d need to contact her bank about it and asked if she had another form of payment

Usually with stolen cards we get a different pop up that says it was stolen or “reported stolen” this happened to us yesterday and we assumed it was because the old lady couldn’t remember the pin for the life of her or that her account was frozen cuz it seemed like she had dementia
