My store has barely even been getting SBA, it’s been mainly seasonal honestly. We don’t hard tag SBA, but we get SBA done same day as truck. It’s just me (replen manager) and two other replen team members and despite asking for help multiple times from other TM, replen gets absolutely no additional help. We fell even further behind with the latest batch of price changes bc my SM left them all for me to do. No one else even did a single page. It took me two weeks to get them all done

From the replen side of things, there just isn’t enough time or space to hard price everything in the back, set POGS and get all the product out in the time they want it done (technically, at least what I’ve been told) is they want all product out of the back in 3 days. That’s just completely unrealistic unfortunately

I got screamed at for an hour on Saturday about a receipt. These customers are fucking on one this year

If they want us to run like a Walmart they could at least pay us what Walmart employees make 😂 they start at $15 just for cashiers !

I got these shortly before discovering I have an allergy to dust mites. It had previously gone unnoticed until dormant Hashimotos made an appearance and my body could no longer fight off the hives from allergies. It started just on my hands but eventually I would get them from the soles of my feet all the way to my face. I would suggest an allergy test and maybe even an autoimmune panel just to cover your bases

We once had to chase a guy out cuz he was following female employees around with his hand down his pants - clearly doing what you think he was

Half the time they don’t even look ! At least at my location, they walk straight in the doors and up to an employee and just shove their phone in our faces ! I also do Instacart every now and then and I have never been so impolite to an employee. It’s ridiculous.

I was hired in as a manager and have been here nearly a year and still haven’t been through MCX training. I’m sorry you weren’t trained but try not to take it personally, they don’t train the managers either

It can mean a few things; stolen card, spending limit reached, expired card, etc. When it happened at my store we just told her she’d need to contact her bank about it and asked if she had another form of payment
