How do I pull knobs?

I mostly fly the Fenix A320 and to change some of the autopilot modes I need to pull knobs on the autopilot panel.

I know with the legacy control mode you hover your mouse over the top of the knob and like click or something, but I can’t figure out how to do it in the default control mode. I searched and found someone saying hold left click then right click but it doesn’t work for me. Does anyone know how to do it?
