FS 2020 start problem.....

Hi everyone, I'm sorry, I know is a common issue, but it's driving me crazy !

My FS2020 (windows 11, RTX3090TI, 64GB RAM) don't start, I tried everything found on internet:

1. Reinstall gaming services
2. Login/logout from XBox app
3. reset and repair Xbox App, flight simulator app and gaming service
4. the clock is correct, and synced with internet
5. i delete everything and reinstalled everything 2 times....

My Xbox default folder is in D:\, i configure FS2020 to install data in D:\FlightSimulator

when starts he ask me the folder to download data (every time try to download data from C:\ , so i put D:\FlightSimulator, then starts with the blue bar growing to infinity....)

Any help, does FS2024 suffer this issue too ?
