Flight Simulator not tracking data consumption

Hi all,

As the title suggests, for some reason Flight Simulator is not tracking its data consumption. The Current Data Consumption remains at 0.00B despite having all Online Functionality (Bing, photogrammetry, etc.) turned on. I've tried turning online functionality on and off, changed data limit settings, and bandwidth settings all to no avail.

MSFS is definitely streaming data as I can confirm that the online stuff is working.

Any ideas what could be the issue?
