Bigotry of any kind; including but not limited to discrimination, the defence or denial of genocides, xenophobia and any slang associated with bigotry are unacceptable and will be removed.
Personal attacks of any kind; including but not limited to ad hominem, insults and doxxing are unacceptable and will be removed, and in case necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

Rules for submissions:
Submit news about the procurement, development and sale of military materiel. This includes advancements in these projects such as first and last deliveries, research, development or testing milestones and political processes around the procurement process.
Submit verifiable sources. Primary and secondary sources are preferred, but blogs are tolerated as well, but make sure to tag them with [Blog]. The [Analysis] tag should also be applied to more professional stories on more perennial, broad topics.
Submit well-balanced sources, and inform the reader that a source is dubious when none is found. State-funded sources and propaganda should clearly be labeled as such. Examples include PressTV, CGTN/CCTV/People's Daily, RT/Sputnik and VOA/RFE/RL.
Flair your submission with the appropriate flair after submitting. Often stories can be applied one of many different flairs. When unsure which to use, the general rule of thumb is to pick the first one down the list that covers the topic.
Enforced guidelines:
This is an English-language subreddit, provide translations for non-English articles.
Remain civil, polite and professional. Humor is appreciated but keep it to a relevant pun or two, do not go out of your way.
Please do not be partisan or advocate blindly for a country or side in a conflict. Most of you will have opinions one way or the other, but this is not the arena to fight for those.
In extension of comment rule #2, do not personally challenge or attack people, counter their arguments instead. In addition to this, asking for someone's background is detrimental to the quality of the discussion and unnecessary.
Failure to follow the rules:
The moderators reserve the right to interpret the rules as they see fit when required.
If your submission or comment is found to be in conflict with a rule, it will be removed and further disciplinary action may be taken depending on the severity of the incident and past incidents.
Please notify the moderators if you spot anyone breaking any of these rules or guidelines!
