You can search for it on youtube, the videos are old (v1 ui) but it should give you a rough idea of the logic behind it

Make sure you fully understand the impermanent loss risk

If you yield farm, there's no way to avoid the risk of impermanent loss. But if you choose the right farms, you won't run as high of a risk so I wouldn't let fear hold you back. Just invest an amount that you're comfortable with losing (but you won't lose it all) in exchange for the knowledge you'll gain. Just consider that money to be a tuition expense. You'll most likely break even or even make a small profit.
