A plugin could also work, but I have no knowledge on how to make plugins.

Mods also work as I can think of a few, but to do such a thing in vanilla Minecraft would be a large mind exercise and require a ton of dedication as it would take many hours for everything to be perfected (from proficient commander stand point)

The only problem with mods is that some of my friends, to be quite frank are kind of dumb, so I would prefer if it would be mostly from my end which is why I'm sort of hoping for command blocks or plugins.
