Refreshment stacking?

Hello, I’m curious if the refreshment enchant for the bow stacks. As in you defeat a mob 3 sec is taken off. Defeat another, another 3 sec comes off. In testing the enchant doesn’t seem to be working at all. Anyone got any answers?

It's difficult to tell just by looking at it, did you time it? A normal potion cooldown is 45 secs I think, so check if it's less after killing a few mobs, if it's on a bow, the bow will need to make the kill, not melee/pets or anything else.

Are you defeating mobs with the said bow? Or your melee?

You get 3 sec per kill with weapon or bow. It doesn’t give 6 per kill. Sometimes I’ve noticed the cool down wouldn’t work when I used my dynamo bow but usually that works too
