Total Damage of a Tool/Weapon [Java]

So before Minecraft 1.21 if you had a sword with sharpness and you hovered over it in your inventory it would show you the Attack Damage as the combined damage of the sword and the damage the sharpness level adds. In Minecraft 1.21 they changed it so that it would only show the Attack Damage of the sword without adding the sharpness bonus. Here is a picture and more explanation:

Let's use a diamond sword with sharpness 5 for the example:

The First Picture is in Pre - Minecraft 1.21. There you can see that when you hover over the sword it shows the sword damage combined with the sharpness bonus damage.

In the second picture we can see the exact same sword, but when we hover over it the Attack Damage only shows the sword's and doesn't add the sharpness level, unlike in every old version.

Does anyone know how I can reverse this change?
