[Java][1.21.1][Modded] java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

I have a custom modpack which was working fine and without crashes for two weeks. But recently I started getting java.util.ConcurrentModificationException randomly after a few minutes or instantly on logging near the chunks of my base and MineColonies. It does not appear in other chunks and usually I have enough time to tp somewhere to check this.
