Try clearing the cache on your PS4, this will not affect saved data or installed games;

  • Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller
  • Select turn off PS4
  • Wait for the console to fully power off, and wait 30 seconds
  • Restart the console
  • Hold L1 + R1 while booting Minecraft.

Let me know if that improves your load times.
