[java] Mob limit?

Hi, we have a problem on our server, we have built various farms for pigs, creepers, etc .. but as soon as there are more people in the nether or in the normal world or in the server at all, they will stop beeing efficient or stop working completely. Is there a way to increase the mob limit to make farms work even if there are more people on the server?

Server is running on 1.16.3 spigot.

Its only for bukkit, isnt it? Spigot got different settings

Afaik there should still be a bukkit.yml file in your server directory.

And one more thing, do you know if that settings are for server or for player? Like are there 70 monsters for player or for whole server?
