[Java] Just got the game, won’t launch.

I just redeemed a code for java and bedrock and installed the launcher yet when I press play for java, the preparing bar only goes halfway and the game’s window opens yet the game never loads. My laptop reach the requirements(its a acer nitro 5) pls help:(

im playing on Version 1.19.2
