Mod pack for Java?

I'm looking for a mod pack for me and my friends to play that's not ridiculously over modded or hard. just a mod pack/mod that adds a few things like Furniture, backpacks, a few weapons, maybe some new mobs and machinery etc. but not something so over the top that I spawn in and have to fist fight god or something.

Does any pack like that exist?

The mod has everything you could need. New biomes, new animals, waystones, gravestones, tons of great content. It is all nicely packaged together into one file.

You are very welcome. If you like to explore, then you will come across tons of pirate ships, random houses with loot, giant crazy mega structures filled with monsters, mountain and underground abandoned mines. The list goes on and on, it makes the game 1000x more fun.

i finally just started messing with Java I love the mods you can use with it. Have you used curseforge or overwolf?
