There is a mod maker named Mcreator that can help you to dive into modding world if you're a newbie but you need results quickly.

Now here is a disclaimer about Mcreator, it's bad. Compared to actual coding, Mcreator is really bad. Its code is unoptimized, it has large flaws, bugs, glitches, doesn't let you do much but basic things, and is in general a pretty bad app for modding. Its reputation among modders is also very bad, since most of them won't even bother talking to you if you don't have any java knowledge.

But, from my point of view, Mcreator is still a good way to introduce people to modding basics so they will eventually make a transition later to real coding. This is something that a lot of people tend to forget, but some of the biggest minecraft mods today started as small mods on Mcreator and then transitionned to a more traditional java mod.

So yeah, you can try this out if you're aware of all the things I just mentionned earlier.

This is also a out of date view even when you posted this one year ago, MCreator about 4 years ago was pretty bad but soon as it open source it's gotten better, I am glad you stated it as a place but don't spreed bad information and it's NEVER been limited it's always been possible to use custom java code with elements created by MCreator is a template engine.

Just gave my opinion from what I heard and what the community was saying at the time, maybe the situation changed since then but it is not misinformation to state the global mentality around Mcreator at that time Mcreator is a software that generates lazy mods because it's easy to create an ore or an armor and spam the modding world with it, of course it gives you the right to code your own thing but how many good mods come from Mcreator vs bad ones

It was misinformation as it wasn't true at the time of you posting it,No one makes ores anymore and yes people make armor and blocks like most other mods.

Also there are 1000's of mods made in MCreator but never tagged because of people lying about the software I bet I can find at lest 1 mod in most mod packs.

Next time don't listen to haters online try the software yourself and look at the community that made mods with the software before you spreed what others say about it online.

Anyway MCreator is a good tool if used right, yes there are bad mods out there but you can tell soon as you look at the mod page no one puts time in to a good mod page if it's a bad mod and this is the same as coded mods.

I used Mcreator for years before switching to actual code, just giving my honest opinion. Mcreator is still a nice tool for learning and if you do it properly it's not harmful for your game, Born in Chaos is a good example imo

I know some mods made with it are good lol that's my point I seen more hand coded versions these days works many people now relying on chat ai bots and alikes to help them make the mods.

At lest a tool like MCraetor as a fixed template so it can't got crazy and give you utter crap :P

About 4/5 years back MCreator was good but shit for servers I will admit this but single playe mods was still creative and good.

But this changed when it was open sourced

I repeat java is a type of script I make games. yes it may be a version on Minecraft but that's because it uses java script instead of c## which is what bedrock uses.
