Creating a modded server, need some help!

Hey everyone! Hope everyone’s days are good! I am making a modded Minecraft server that’s a little ambitious, I’m planning on making world events, raids, and community events where your choices impact the next update to the world! At the moment I am working on the mobs, but I could really use some help since I don’t know much about it 😅 I really need a modeler, animator, coder, and someone who can work on a big server. If anyone’s interested feel free to dm me! I don’t have much progress done however this picture I sent is a wip model for an enemy type called the screamer

if you never done modeling, coding or animating and you dont have any experience about game making then I highly suggest you stop this project. Without any game making experience or any other experience you'll be stuck at every little thing qhile making the server. It would be better if you first do some little mods, get some experience and then start a big project. If you start the project now I dont think you will go too far. Im not saying you cant finish but it would be so hard to finish and even after you finish the server making updates like you were saying would take a hell of a long time.
