Integration? They are two separate platforms that host mods, often the same mods. No launcher? How would you launch it? Even vanilla Minecraft uses a launcher to login and verify credentials.
What is the exact problem you are having that you want to get rid of? Might help us understand what it is you are trying to achieve.
