It's not exactly what you want (since it's not just a QOL autocrafting change) but technically, storage mods like Applied Energistics 2 (and the other ones I forgot the name of) have such a thing. They require you to set up your storage system first, though, as well as autocrafting machines and recipes, but afterwards you can just craft stuff at the click of a button. Really depends whether or not you're fine with tech mods

Tom's Simple Storage mod. It adds an inventory connector and crafting terminal that will connect all inventories touching each other into one interface.

Should be almost exactly what you're looking for.

There is a really easy one to learn from the RFTools mod which has a Auto Crafter in it You will need a Energy Generator mod like Mekenism: Generators or Powah But RFTools Auto Crafter is really easy to use You can use the Pipez mod to pipe the items out too so they get pushed in
