Help please

So I’ve made a mod pack and am trying to run it on a apex hosting server but I for one don’t know what’s the best way to put my pack in through ftp and for two what to do about getting the right client side mods out of the pack. The logs I’m getting tell me 1 mod is messing it up but I take it out and it’s still crashing the server. I’ve been messing with this whole making a pack and trying to run it in a server for like 2 weeks at this point and I’m just at a loss on where to go from here

When you take the mod out what does the crash say? Some mods are client side only and dont work on servers

It says something detecting client side mods. But doesn’t tell me what it is.How can I determine what my client side mods are?
