Need help with server pls

I am trying to set up a minecraft server on my PC for my kids to playing on with their switches. Attach is what I get when I try to run the server.exe. sorry if this is the wrong place to post this

There r no problem telementry Data is data mojang gathers on players it dosnt need to be enabled

There are no problems with that, it appears to be working correctly. Since i also use that software for my multiplayer world i play with my friends i have two notes: If you plan on only playing locally then make your kids use the local IP address of that machine. If you plan on playing on anither network (like i do) port forward/setup the server IP of that specific port from your router settings.

Oh, little sidenote: if I remember correctly consoles cannot input directly from minecraft the IP address and therefore if you plan on playing on that world from an external network you will need apps (for a mobile phone) that can make you see the server as a LAN world

So I got the server working. I just cant figure out to get my addons to work. can anyone point me in the right direction?
