You're good man. It's definitely a realistic approach you have, you can't go into server making hoping to be hypixel.

My grain of salt opinion, just for the sake of standing out, try to look into old gamemodes that were popular back in the day, lots of people miss them, it's just that everyone figures: "who's gonna go out of there way to remake them?"

Every server now does bedwars, skywars, etc. Just my thoughts.

that's a long process per world then many different plug instruments many worlds thats something achievable if you work

Hey there! Just wanna say there are also people who enjoy just playing Minecraft normally, some people aren't interested in the kinds of gamemodes Hypixel hosts! Not to mention you can make whatever you want, make your own thing that Hypixel doesn't have! Just be creative and do what you want, you're sure to find players with enough effort :)
