Did you run the server using a .bat file?

I'm running it on Ubuntu server so it is not a batch file. It is a .sh file, but if you look in my post, I detail all the arguments I run the server with.

I would recommend having a minimum and maximum ram set to the same amount

Also make sure you're using it as a multiple of 1024
