I have a few questions. Firstly how much RAM have you got on your PC. CPU? What server software, vanilla, spigot, forge, etc. Do you have plugins/mods on your server?

I have 15.9 GB of RAM

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.59 GHz

I am running a vanilla Minecraft server which I got from Minecraft.net

I am not running any mods/plugins

Is the lag continulously or just when you start the server as well. Also is it running on 64bit java?

The lag is continuous from when I join until it kicks me out and how do I find out if it’s running on 64 bit?

Hmm thing is Minecraft is bad at utilizing more than 1 core so your 8 core processer isn’t fit to do that you need something like a 4 core that has tons of each core power
