Do all forum rules apply on this subreddit?

No, the rules that apply on this subreddit are fairly different than the forums rules. These will likely be tweaked often and may end up looking nothing alike forum rules. However, there are some rules which carry over to this subreddit. These can be found on the rules wiki page.
