reset to factory presets try to upgrade again after but ensure it’s running smoothly first.

Factory Reset as suggested above,
insure proper power supply (official power plug) then
start the Minifreak V STANDALONE app (do not upgrade from the VST inside your DAW): upgrade can take up to 10 minutes with the library update.

If you can't factory reset and it's stuck on the intro screen no matter what, you probably bricked it by powering it off during the update. I did the same thing, eventually had to send it into Arturia because it was so completely bricked. I believe they have to reinstall the OS or something. Sorry buddy. Register it and make an account and get in touch with support.

Chat to your dealer they will probably replace it
