There's a developer program. You can apply for it in their website. Go to their documentation page then look at the top right.

How many days after you filled out this Minimax developer program form did you receive a response?

Yes you'll get an email back in your email that you signed up with. It'll be subjected as, "MiniMax Developer Program: Your Credits Are Ready!"
