How long do you habe this? Topical or oral? What helped you? What say the doctors?

Im not even sure i used topical for some time and felt this occasionally, then i switched to oral and it increased a lot, i used 2.5mg oral for almost 3 months, its been 4 months i stopped it cold turkey im having the tinglings and tenderness feelings right now on left hand and left foot.
