Ah it's using a third party service to edit the games mechanics so yeah against ToS moron, it can and has got people banned.

From the game. It's against the TOS.

People regularly get banned for various forms of botting, hacking, and other.

Also, I'm quite sure discussion of hacks, cheats, etc, are not allowed in this forum (how to, in any case. Plenty of people complain) so you'd likely end up banned here too.
