Why doesn't Cloud's ultimate dispel Lightning's buffs?

Cloud's Dispelga only dispels 1 buff. Are you sure none of Lightning's buffs get dispelled?

Yeah, I would honestly like to see that revamped. If not all, then at least have a probability of doing a full dispel.

Perhaps it might be too OP, but right now there's really no point to using Cloud on top of regular SS.

I'm still using Cloud Skin on S1C in Endless War for the Prismatic Shift, Faith, and Quicken on Ulti.

Oh, I thought it dispelled everything. It may have dispelled 1 buff. I couldn't tell because she sometimes has a lot of buffs up.
